Teacher's Productivity Hampered by technology. No love.

Hi Ulli, Andre here from the old days watching Loeffler and Co in the basement of the THG... if you can remember that far back I followed the link through to the original blog entry in regards to technology in classrooms. I'm on the other side of the fence, providing peripherals like printers, scanners, copiers and so on to many schools around our area and I can only agree. If you go back a few years, financial controllers made the decision on which equipment to buy. This situation is slowly changing with more and more companies and schools realizing that they should leave the decision making to their IT managers. I think, as time goes by you will find that this problem will diminish. Germany is still a fair way behind the rest of the world in terms of broadband uptake, and I think, that, too makes a difference. Anyway... it was good finding you online.
